Ami has a magical touch. All the houses she sent were spot on in prerequisites, but the second one in her list was cozy, cute, needed no work and was exactly what I wanted. There was no long months of searching here and there. I never had to send suggestions. Her magical touch didn't end there. She was super effective at working with the seller to help me beat out other bidders. I was even able to get the buyer concessions I needed. "But Wait! There's More" She had ready-to-hand great inspectors and movers. She walked me through the entire process. There were no surprises. She was great about keeping me up-to-date and educating me on what to expect. She was very personal, very hands on, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I could not be anymore pleased.
