Ami has a magical touch. All the houses she sent were spot on in prerequisites, but the second one in her list was cozy, cute, needed no work and was exactly what I wanted. There was no long months of searching here and there. I never had to send suggestions. Her magical touch didn't end there. She was super effective at working with the seller to help me beat out other bidders. I was even able to get the buyer concessions I needed. "But Wait! There's More" She had ready-to-hand great inspectors and movers. She walked me through the entire process. There were no surprises. She was great about keeping me up-to-date and educating me on what to expect. She was very personal, very hands on, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I could not be anymore pleased.

Fantastic. Ami went far above and beyond in the preparation of sale for my current home, spending dozens of hours of labor and materials. She was able to find tenants when sale fell through and I was still able to move into my new place with no contingency.

My family and I moved to the Olympia area over 18 years ago, and we have enjoyed everything the Pacific Northwest offers ever since. Even though my children are grown, we still call this area home.I have a background in professional wedding photography, so a stressful situation like finding the perfect home is nothing uncommon for me. I strive to make you feel at ease throughout the purchase or sales transaction. Details and customer service are my strengths.
